The IFSP team includes the family, service coordinator, individuals involved in evaluation/assessment and provision of services, and other family members and advocates as chosen by the family. Given that the foundation of the Early Steps IFSP team process is built around family-centered practices, interactive, integrated teams, and a primary service provider for each child and his or her family, IFSP meetings will provide every child and family with a cohesive, consistent IFSP team which in turn results in an integrated, collaborative delivery of services.
