Development of the Continuous Improvement Plan
After the QA Report is issued, the ESSO staff will provide guidance to the LES on the development of a Continuous Improvement Plan. This plan includes action steps that will be taken by the LES to demonstrate correction of noncompliance as soon as possible, but no later than within one year of identification of the non-compliance. Quarterly CIP updates are contractually required and must include the status of steps that have been taken to achieve correction of the noncompliance.
