Early Steps, provides a coordinated system of early intervention services for families of infants and toddlers with a developmental delay or an established condition, which places them at high risk for developmental disabilities. The purpose of this program is to identify potentially eligible infants early, to develop an Individualized Family Support Plan based on the family's concerns, priorities and resources, and to coordinate the provision of early intervention services and related supports, utilizing a primary service provider approach.
