Florida’s Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program is a federal program designed to directly address the housing needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
Funding for this grant is subject to federal grant appropriations and based on availability, according to Title 24 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 574.
Fiscal Years 2026-2031
Applicants are tasked to address the housing needs of low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and their families, and improve quality, availability, and facilitate collaboration of HIV/AIDS services within designated areas or counties.
