The Compliance Management Unit (CMU) is responsible for ensuring that licensees comply with the terms and penalties imposed in final orders issued by the 22 boards and four councils that regulate seven types of facilities and more than 40 healthcare professions licensed by the Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
