Declaratory Statements
Declaratory statements are an agency’s opinion as to the applicability of a statutory provision, or of any rule or order of the agency, as it applies to the petitioner’s particular set of circumstances, in accordance with section 120.565, F.S.

Public records requests are not required to be in writing. You do not have to give your name or explain why you are making a request.
