The Florida Department of Health offers family planning services in every Florida county — either at DOH locations or contracted agencies. All family planning services are confidential, and services are provided on a sliding fee scale, based on family household income and size.
Services
Services include information, education, abstinence counseling, pregnancy testing, physical examinations, and screenings for hypertension, breast and cervical cancer, and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV screening and counseling.
We also provide counseling and education on disease prevention and well-being. Follow-up and referral services are offered based on individual history or need for medical and/or social services.
