The following list are biomedical waste disposal bags that are compliant with Chapter 64E-16, Florida Administrative Code.

If a particular bag does not appear on this list, test results must be on file at the biomedical waste generator’s office. Those test results must verify that the bag meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of Chapter 64E-16, F.A.C.
An asterisk (*) indicates bags that are constructed of polypropylene; all others are constructed of polyethylene.
