RESEARCHING GENETIC EYE DISEASES AND OCULAR CANCER
The Bascom Palmer Eye Institute VisionGen Initiative (Bascom Palmer Initiative) is established in section 381.922, Florida Statutes.
As described in statute, the Bascom Palmer Initiative advances genetic and epigenetic research on inherited eye diseases and ocular cancer through grants awarded through a peer-reviewed, competitive process.
