The Florida Department of Health funds 14 Ryan White Part B HIV care consortia within Florida. The consortia advise on planning and prioritizing the service needs of people living with HIV.
Each consortium plans, develops, and delivers comprehensive outpatient health and support services to meet the identified needs of people living with HIV within its specified geographic area. Consortia membership is open to all interested individuals, and we especially encourage participation by persons with HIV.

Community HIV Advisory Group
The Community HIV Advisory Group (CHAG) is a group of people living with HIV (PLWH) from around the state. Members are selected through an application process and reflect the HIV community throughout Florida. The primary function of the CHAG is to provide meaningful input into the development of policies and programs that impact people living with HIV.
Membership Application
Applicants must be living with HIV and actively involved in their community, such as local Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, consortium/planning council, or other HIV-related community-based groups.
