If you are living with HIV and need assistance, our patient care programs are here for you. Services may include health and dental care, transportation, insurance premium assistance, case management, housing, medication, and other services.
You can apply for assistance online. You must complete and submit an Application to Receive Allowable Services to apply for services.

HUD grants to communities and nonprofit organizations for projects that benefit low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Data, Research, and Reporting
HIV/AIDS surveillance collects complete and accurate HIV data to analyze trends, and statistics for HIV, AIDS, and HIV-related deaths
HIV/AIDS
HIV is a life-threatening virus that damages the body’s immune system and leaves a person vulnerable to opportunistic infections. Without treatment, it can lead to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Because there is no cure, reducing the transmission of HIV while minimizing its effect on those living with it is critical.
