As we prepare for Hurricane Irma, please remember to create and execute your Emergency Plan.

Given the projected path and impact of Hurricane Irma, the CMS Plan State Offices are closed on Friday, Sept. 8. If this is an emergency call 911. If you have an urgent health plan need, please call CMS Plan at 1-855-901-5390. All non-emergent member requests will be handled when normal operations resume.

MEMBERS: Gov. Rick Scott declared a state of emergency, which means you may refill your prescription medications before the storm. Please contact your pharmacy for more information. If you have a medical emergency during the storm, please call 911.
