Once you receive your test kit, use it as soon as you can. We suggest making sure you will be able to mail the kit back close to 48 hours after starting it.
Postpone starting a test if you will not be able to mail it out the day it will be completed.
Any test kits not returned within three months of receipt will not be analyzed.
