Specimen must be labeled with at least two unique patient identifiers, e.g., name and DOB.

Interferences and Limitations
In rare cases, mutations in genetic regions not analyzed by this assay may cause drug resistance.
Heteroresistance may not be detected if resistant strain is below reportable range (<10% of DNA sequenced).
